Observation Tower:
As soon as you enter the lightning dome go up the staircase. Kill the droid. Now, advance forward.
Jump flip on the bars (I prefer the ones from the far side).
Then Twist Jumpflip right to be on a ledge. Then jumpflip to the higher ledge. Enter the tower (with
no walls.) This is Konoko in the observation tower:
