Directory: Game Play >> Moves >> Throws >> Over-Leg Throw.
Keys:
In front of your opponent "go forward" (w) and kick (c).
This is a pretty nice throw. Opponents are not only thrown but get a kick into their shins.
Here is a picture when your opponent is on top of you.
This was done using scripting (you could see it because I am throwing away from the camera).
However, you could possibly create this with a fast motion of your mouse during the throw to create such
a screenshot.
This is basically the let go moment (done with a civilian because civilians fly higher!):
