First of all, jump on top of the alarm console. If you jump on the "book shelves"
on the left, you would see a gap and you can jump through a "hole" on
top of the tall furniture in the adjacent room.
However for this trick you need to jump on ones on the right.
Maneuver the camera so only your legs are showing and your head goes through the ceiling.
Jumpflip. You should flip right through the roof.
Now, another hard part. Run jumpflip into the tower. Make sure that you do not hit the middle part of the tower or you will be very furious since all your previous hard work went to nothing and you have to jump back up all over again. Collect your well deserved prize.
