Just after Savepoint 3, in the place where kill the tanker and the female striker, there will
be two long windows which you can break.
Go the left window and break it. Behind it, there will be a platform. Go on it and turn right.
You should be here.
Then, carefully walk by the narrow ledge and pickup your prize.
Note: you can blast the other window too and walk on the ledges. In the same place at Level 13,
(you can find a female TCTF sniper... just in case you wanted a Mercury Bow... she'll drop some
ballistic ammo if properly motivated; noted by Grasshopper).
